Baklava With Anıl Flour

Ingredients

  • 3 Eggs
  • 10 Grams of Salt (to strengthen the dough)
  • 2 Glasses of Water
  • A Pound of Starch
  • 400 Grams of Butter or Margarine
  • 1 KG of Sugar
  • 250 GR Pistachios or Walnuts
  • 1 Kg Blue Anıl Flour Un

Baklava With Anıl Flour

Break the eggs into a large empty basin with ANIL BLUE flour. Then add salt, add a glass of water. Then knead the dough until it becomes hard on the wet and let it rest for about 20 minutes covering it with a clean cloth.

Remove the rested dough from basin, divide 12 equal parts, sprinkle starch and flat it with your hands. With a rolling pin or pasta roller on a marble floor or table roll out as a thin layer as possible.Sprinkle starch constantly while rolling out the dough. Butter the tray lightly before placing rolled out a very thin sheet of dough. Place the doughs one by one in the tray.Dip and sprinkle the melted butter over low heat, over every dough with a pastry brush before placing in the tray.After placing half of the dough in the tray strew pistachios or walnut pieces nicely. Place the remaining dough in the same way over the pistachios or walnut pieces. Press the dough inwards from the back of the tray with the edge of the blade. Once again, slice the whole tray (carrot slice, square, rectangle, etc.) with the help of a knife.

Pour the melted butter to cover all slices in the tray. Cook the prepared Baklava in an medium heated oven about half an hour. During this period, will be baked inside of it and the surface will be colored orange of the baklava.

Take out the hot baklava from oven as soon as possible stir the syrup which is prepared in Kadayif recipe, over baklava. Then let it cool down again. Your baklava is ready for service.
